RETURN POLICY

If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

Return authorizations must be requested within 4 weeks of the original ship date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please specify the reason for the return.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or returned. All sales on these items are final.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@mgxfit.com and send your item to: 11405 NW 62ND Terrace, Unit#239, Doral, FL, 33178, United States.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11405 NW 62ND Terrace, Unit#239, Doral, FL, 33178, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

All items/packages confirmed by tracking as delivered are considered complete. Any lost or stolen packages that occur after packages have confirmed delivery by tracking are not covered by MGXFIT. Please insure that you have a safe place to receive packages.

MGXFIT is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please promptly contact the courier you selected with your tracking number handy in order to receive help in tracking down or filing a claim for a missing package.
